Sikafloor®-137 Screed is a durable, high quality cementitious premixed floor screed specially formulated for casting onto both old and new concrete floor.
Uses:
Sikafloor®-137 Screed is suitable for all new and old concrete substrates such as housing estate void deck floors, heavy industrial floors or other concrete substrates. It also provides suitable bedding to receive tiles in both internal and external areas.
Advantages:
▪ Provide a levelled & fine surface finish on slabs.
▪ Greater durability and flexibility.
▪ Quick drying and easy to apply.
▪Thickness of the floor screed can be varied to minimise wastage.
▪ Non-combustible.
Minimise cracking when applied at correct thickness and properly cured.
▪ Easy to mix – just add water.
