Vital Grey Pro RTV is specially designed for dealership warranty requirements that ensure extended drivetrain warranty compliance. It features fast-curing, sensor-safe, low odor, and non-corrosive formulation that meets performance specs of OE silicone gaskets. It forms reliable “formed-in-place” gaskets that resist cracking, shrinking, and migration caused by thermal cycling. It is permanently flexible and stable at between -80 °F to 625 °F (-62 °C to 330 °C). It is also resistant against automotive fluids.

Application: Rear valve covers, oil pans, timing covers, water pumps, thermostat housing, transmission pans etc.

Direction:

1.  Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dirt, grease, oil or water. Pucnture tube cap and install nozzle.
2. Apply sealant and press substrate firmly before sealant skins.
3. Sealant skins in 5 minutes and fully cures in 24 hours.
4. Replace cap after use and store in a cool, dry place.
